The annual club planning meeting will be held Tuesday May 9, 2017 at the Gardner Grange. The meeting will run from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. All Executive and Advisory Board members are required to attend this meeting. All Committee Chairs & Special Committee Chairs are requested to attend this meeting. This meeting is also open to all club members.
All Chair's must present their yearly budgets for approval by the Executive and Advisory Board Members. Any Officer or Chair needing additional funds or new events not approved at this planning session will require a meeting with the Executive Board with a proposed budget.
If everyone can have their information ready, we should complete the meeting by 9:00pm! We will not be serving pizza at this meeting but will have coffee and water available.
The meeting agenda will be sent with my club update later this week. If anyone has something they would like in the update, please get the information to me by 3pm Wednesday.
