Cancelled due to high water - Kaw River kayak/canoe float (was scheduled on 9/17)

I just checked with Up A Creek kayak company. The Kaw River depth right now is 5.9ft. Normal for this time of year is 18 inches. I'm sorry the river isn't how I described it would be in Sept. For safety's sake I am canceling our float trip. Please let me know if you would like to try again before it turns cold.
