On Saturday Oct. 1st the Grange is having a Grange Appreciation Day where the various organizations that use the Grange on a regular basis have offered to help the Grange by providing volunteers to do routine touchup/maintenance to the building. This year the Grange has selected three projects to be completed by the volunteers:
1) Paint the walls and trim
2) Remove the window air conditioner in the kitchen and plug the hole
3) Wipe the dust off and remove excess dishes from the kitchen
The number of volunteers will determine how much painting that they can get done. They would at least like to get the kitchen and bathroom walls painted. The work will be from 10:00 to 12:00with lunch provided by the Grange at 12:00.
We rent the Grange, but it is our home for all our square dancing activities. Please consider donating two hours of your time to making it better!

P.S. About a week before the day I will send out an evite to everyone in the club where you can signup or decline for the event. This will give the Grange a headcount so they know how much lunch to prepare.
